COACH MENTORING PROGRAM

 Just like the players they coach, coaches need to continue to work on their development and growth.

• Coaches have access to Mike Henderson throughout the season for advice, practice plans based on game film analysis, continued suggestions for improvement and guidance on how to position themselves and the team for success 

• 10 video submittal's to mike for review and editing using Motion Pro Video Analysis
• 10 virtual meetings between Mike and the Coach, reviewing each shift in detail

• Mike will attend 5 of the teams games over the course of the season, take video and break down each Shift. Video will then be reviewed in a class room setting with the coach in detail

• Following each face-face mentoring sessions, Mike Henderson will hit the for a high tempo team development session, team coaches will be on the ice assisting Mike throughout the practice
• Sessions will be based on reviewed game film/ team tendencies and coaches feedback
• Team Skills Development — Team Systems — Power Play — Penalty Kill 

• Mike will design 10 practice plans throughout the season, each practice plan will entail high tempo flow drills, systems and skating drills. Mike will then review the practice plan in detail virtually to ensure drills are run efficiently/ correctly and how to correct players without wasting valuable time on ice
